We typically offer weekend rentals, with setup beginning on a Thursday or Friday and dismantling on either a Monday or Tuesday. Of course, longer rental periods are available, and we are committed to working with our clients to accommodate specific needs and preferences, ensuring a seamless and tailored experience for your event.

At Apex, we offer a 'Pre-Event Survey' for £40. This survey ensures your outdoor space can fit your chosen gazebo or marquee. We'll check for obstacles like flower beds, trees, walls, sky dishes, and down pipes that could affect setup.However, if sufficient information is provided and requirements are clearly met in advance, this survey may not be necessary.
